Tom (Tommy) is survived by life partner Kerri Crites & family; father Tom Mulligan & family; sister Susan Hamner-Mulligan & family, and daughter Lucy.
He is preceded in death by his twin infant-sister Tracy; his beloved mother Linda Mulligan; and Grandparents
Tom was born and raised in Tucson, AZ. He graduated from Rincon High School. Tom was a fun-loving, gentle person who loved his family & friends, traveling, and his pets. Memories of special events include participating in the Tour de Tucson, a special trip trekking through Baja Mexico with his Mom, traveling across country to antique-car shows in the family RV, and carefree summers in Cholla Bay/ Rocky Point with grandparents.
