Robert Graham Netherton

Robert Graham Netherton (Bob) passed away on May 24, 2025, in Tucson, Arizona at the age of 63. Bob was born in Tucson on November 2,1961 to Barbara J. (Graham) and William E. Netherton. He attended Catalina Foothills School and Rincon High School.

Bob was a gentle soul. He faced difficult challenges over the course of his life. In his 20’s, Bob resided for a time at Amity House in Tucson, a program founded to assist adults in transition. While at Amity, Bob overcame substance use issues and pursued a better future. In 1987, Bob completed a 2-year degree, Associate of General Studies at Pima Community College, an accomplishment of which he and his family were very proud.

Among his interests, Bob collected cars and vintage items. He also enjoyed summer travels to San Diego.

Bob is survived by a son, Christopher Netherton of Red Rock, AZ. He also leaves behind brothers, Steve, Doug, and Bill Netherton (Tucson, AZ). Other survivors include sister, Linda Netherton; nephews, Evan Johnson and Andrew Longhurst (Canada), and cousins in the Tucson area and beyond.
