Ramon “Rey” Somoza, a loving husband, devoted father, and proud grandfather, passed away surrounded by the love of his family. Rey was a man whose presence filled every room—warm, kind, and unforgettable to all who knew him.

He proudly served his country as a member of the 82nd Airborne Division, a chapter of his life that reflected his strength, courage, and deep sense of duty. Those same qualities carried through to his role as the heart of his family.

Rey was preceded in life by a legacy of love and laughter and is survived by his beloved wife, Clorinda Somoza; his sons, Juan Carlos Somoza (Vanessa Somoza), Ramon Somoza (Dolores) , Angel Somoza, Salvador Somoza (Anissa) and his daughter, Yvette Somoza; 11 cherished grandchildren, and 3 Great grandchildren.

Ramon “Rey” Somoza will be remembered for his generous spirit, his unwavering love for his family, and the lasting impact he made on everyone blessed to know him. His memory will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved him.
