Ramilanben Patel, 60, passed away peacefully on July 3, 2026, in Tucson, Arizona. Born on June 18, 1966, in Piplav, Gujarat, India, she grew up surrounded by the traditions, values, and spiritual grounding that shaped her life. She completed her primary and secondary education in Piplav before marrying Prafulchandra M. Patel on January 13, 1987, in Sunav, Gujarat—a union that became the foundation of her life’s devotion.
Ramilanben chose to dedicate herself fully to her home and family, embracing her role as a housewife with grace, strength, and unwavering commitment. She excelled in raising her three children, nurturing them with love, discipline, and deep cultural and spiritual grounding. Her home was a place of warmth, care, and stability—held together by her steady presence and gentle guidance.
Her greatest joys were simple and profound: cooking for her family, listening to spiritual discourses, and chanting the pious name of God. These daily practices were not hobbies but expressions of her faith—faith that was steadfast, sincere, and central to her identity. Ramilanben was a devoted member of Shree Swaminarayan Temple, Vadtal, and her belief in Lord Swaminarayan was deep and unwavering. Those who knew her often said she attained a spiritual height that many strive for but few reach, living her devotion quietly and wholeheartedly.
She is survived by her husband, Prafulchandra; her daughter Bijal and son‑in‑law Kaushalkumar; her son Deval and daughter‑in‑law Dhara; her son Krunal and daughter‑in‑law Sonali; her mother Shantaben; and her beloved grandchildren Swayam, Hiyan, and Priyan, who brought her immense joy and pride.
A service honoring her life was held on July 11, 2026, at Sensible Funerals & Cremation, 109 W. Grant Road, Tucson, Arizona.
Ramilanben will be remembered for her devotion, her kindness, her quiet strength, and the spiritual peace she carried within her. Her legacy lives on in the family she nurtured, the faith she embodied, and the love she gave so generously
