Helen Adoree Scott

Helen A. (DeJaynes) Scott, 74, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away on March 14, 2026, surrounded by the love of family.

Helen was born on March 28, 1951, in Los Angeles, California, to Alvin and Lois (Hill) DeJaynes.

Throughout her working years, Helen devoted herself to caring for the elderly. She had a true gift for this work—offering patience, dignity, and steady compassion—and she formed many lasting bonds with those she cared for.

In May 1998, Helen married Lenord “Bo” Scott, beginning a partnership filled with love, laughter, devotion, and the quiet everyday moments that meant the most to them. Their years together were a cherished chapter in their lives.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Michael; and her stepbrother, Robert. She is survived by her husband, Bo; her two daughters, Tiffany and Heidi (both of San Diego, CA); her sister, Colleen Morris, of Tucson, AZ; and her ex-husband, Marlin Cederlind (father of Tiffany and Heidi), of Newman Grove, NE.
