Carol Ann Kohn, a cherished presence in our lives, ascended to eternal rest on August 25, 2025, in Tucson, Arizona. Born on October 21, 1948, in Brooklyn, New York, Carol's life was marked by love, compassion, and a steadfast commitment to serving others.
After completing her education at G.W Wingate High School, Carol graduated from Stoneybrook College in Long Island, New York, in 1966. Her vocation as a nurse, and later as a therapist, showcased her unwavering dedication to healing and uplifting those in need, reflecting her profound empathy and nurturing spirit.
Carol enjoyed spending her time engrossed in reading (especially mystery novels), putting together puzzles, and indulging in music. A true sports enthusiast, she found joy in watching games on television, proudly cheering for her beloved Mets.
Surviving her are her beloved sister, Mary, and brother, Michael, who carry with them the warmth of her spirit and the memories of joyful times shared. She is preceded in death by her husband, Michael Kohn; her brother, Louis Coiro; and her parents, Michael and Frances Coiro.
As we remember Carol, we celebrate a life richly lived - a life brimming with kindness, laughter, and love for her family and friends. Her memory will forever be etched in the hearts of those who loved her.
