Alfred M. Ronquillo passed away peacefully on July 12, 2026, at the age of 81.
Alfred was a proud, hardworking man; he was a miner, plumber, a true jack-of-all-trades, who took pride in working with his hands and never hesitated to help others as he could. Alfred had a warm smile, a contagious laugh, and a curiosity that made it easy for him to strike up a conversation with just about anyone.
He enjoyed the simple things in life: admiring cars, dancing in his younger years, taking long drives, eating his favorite Mexican dishes, spending time at the casino, listening to oldies and Tejano music and sharing stories with others. More than anything, he loved being surrounded by the people who meant the most to him.
Alfred is preceded by his parents. He is survived by his daughters and son, his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, his siblings and his extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
The family offers their heartfelt gratitude to his loving partner, Millie, for her compassion a devotion, also, caring for him during his final transition.
Alfred’s kindness, humor, and love will live in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and never forgotten.
Descansa en paz, Alfredo. Siempre vivirás en nuestros corazones.
