Martin “Neal” McKnight of Tucson Arizona passed away on September 8, 2021 at the age of 91. Born on September 29, 1929 in Waukegan, Illinois to parents Milton and Evelyn McKnight. Surviving are his children Cecelia (Michael) Sewell of Tucson, Arizona and Greg (Sharon) McKnight of San Manuel, Arizona, sisters Sharon (Wally) Nedza, Dolores Willumsen both of Sun City West, Arizona, brother Daniel McKnight of Sedona, Arizona. Grandchildren: Jennifer Tobiasson, Pam Campbell, Jill Vigil, Jay McKnight, 10 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild. Step Children: Pam (Dave) Walker, Jack Plowman, Julianne Charlson. Preceded by death were his parents, sisters Leah Kindlein, Rita Halpren, Erin Whereatt, wife Treva. Neal graduated from Wild Rose High School in Wisconsin where he met his first wife Jeanne Bouvat and had two children. They owned a business J & F Machine Shop a profession he was in most of his adult life. They also owned three race horses together. After 23 years of marriage they divorced and both found happiness with other spouses. Neal meet and married Treva which made him happy for 50 years. Neal loved to gamble from betting on the horses to Black Jack. People that knew him will also remember him saying “when can I go to the Casino”. Neal loved to travel to different places to go fishing and crabbing. He use to tell of the big 101 lb Halibut that he caught during one of his trips to Alaska. Neal will be truly missed by his family and friends. At Neal’s request there will be no services, he will be cremated and together with his wife Treva there ashes will be spread together.
